A workshop making something for you uses Fecivo to keep you posted, or you scanned the code on a finished piece. This page explains what you are looking at.
What the order page is
A private page about your order: progress by stage, and the photos and notes the workshop chooses to share.
You do not need an app or an account. The link is the key, so keep it to yourself or share it only with people you trust.
The workshop may ask you to choose between options or to accept a change. Your answer is recorded with the date and cannot be edited afterwards.
Emails
You may get an email when the workshop adds an update. You can choose each update, a weekly summary or no emails, using the link at the bottom of any email.
Fecivo does not send you marketing on behalf of anyone.
Payments and quotes
If the workshop sends you a quote, you can accept it online by typing your name. This is a record of your acceptance, not an electronic signature.
Fecivo does not take payments. You pay the workshop as agreed with them; the page may only show the schedule.
The passport
When the piece is finished it can get a passport: who made it, materials, care and guarantee, reachable from the QR code or short link.
The passport is public and never shows your name or contact details.
Your data and questions
The workshop decides what is recorded about your order and is responsible for it; Fecivo processes it on the workshop's behalf.
Questions about your order, changes or the guarantee go to the workshop. Their details are at the bottom of the order page and the passport.
The workshop can switch your link off and send you a new one at any time.
