Name, your country, currency and units (millimetres or inches). Pick your craft: furniture, jewellery, ceramics, leather and textiles, instruments and metalwork, or a general template. Each brings stages, material fields and care texts.
Add the client, the piece or pieces, and a target date if you want one. Stages come from the template; reorder, skip or add your own.
Open the app on your phone, tap once for a photo, a voice note or a line of text, and pick the stage. Entries are saved on the phone first and sync when you are back online.
Every entry is private until you publish it. Publish the moments worth showing, one at a time or a day’s worth at once. Your client opens a private link, sees the stages and the entries, and can leave a comment.
At delivery, confirm the details and the piece gets its serial number and a passport page: maker, materials with where the information came from, highlights from the build, the care card for the finish you used, and the warranty.
Owners can find you again from the passport and ask for a repair or another piece like it. Ownership transfer and care reminders follow after the beta.
Want the details? Read about the build log and the passport, or see what is coming next.
We are designing for under a minute from tap to saved, and three taps for a photo. We will measure it in the beta and publish what we find.
Not yet. Today a workshop has one account. Inviting the people who work with you is planned, and each entry already records who made it.
One commission can produce several pieces. Each gets its own serial number and passport at handover.
Yes. You can add a past piece without a commission, with its own serial number or the one you used at the time.
Set up your workshop, add an order and send your client the link. Free during the beta. Export everything, any time.
