Your workshop, the makers who worked on the piece, the city, and how to reach you.
Metals, stones, timber, clays, fabrics: the materials and the finish. Each claim shows where it came from: your declaration, a supplier document or a certificate.
A handful of moments you pick from the build log, dated.
The care card for the finish you used, with a printable copy. You can edit every line.
How long, what it covers, and whether it passes to the next owner.
“Owner #1 since March 2026”. Never a name, never an address.

Made from
It is the passport the maker created when the piece was finished. It shows who made it, what it is made from, how to look after it and the warranty. It does not need an account.
Nobody. Passports show owners only as a number and a date, for example “Owner #1 since March 2026”. Your contact details stay with the maker.
Ownership transfer is planned after the beta. It will use the code printed on the ownership card handed over with the piece, so keep that card safe.
Use the contact details in the “Made by” section to reach the maker, and give them the serial number from the passport.
No. It is a record you choose to give your clients. It is structured so it could map to official formats later, but it is not a compliance tool and we make no compliance claims.
You can download all your records as one file at any time. Each passport can also be saved as one self-contained file with its photos and data. Planned: passports on your own domain, so the printed address never has to change.
In our tests a passport link written in capitals fits a code of about 20 mm (0.8 in) with modules of at least 0.5 mm; we suggest 25 mm (1 in) for engraving. Always test on an offcut of the same timber and finish.
No. A QR code, a short web address and a serial number do the job and will outlast any tag. NFC may come later as an optional extra.
Practical guides: marks, serial numbers and QR codes and what the EU passport rules mean for small makers.
Set up your workshop, add an order and send your client the link. Free during the beta. Export everything, any time.
